With a rich background in education and business, Rob brings a wealth of experience to the table. After dedicating 19 years to teaching computer technology and business marketing at the middle and high school levels, he transitioned to the university setting, successfully managing teams of computer developers for over 15 years. Throughout his career, Rob has also demonstrated entrepreneurial prowess by founding and managing multiple small businesses, including real estate rental, computer support, software development, and mobile food service ventures. Rob's diverse expertise and hands-on experience make him an invaluable asset in guiding and supporting the growth and success of acquired businesses.
Sheridan Richey: Co-Founder
Sheridan is an entrepreneurial business leader with a passion for driving profitable growth and transformational change. With extensive experience in SaaS companies ($10M - $100M ARR), Sheridan expertly navigates operations through periods of change and integration. He excels at modernizing technology, enhancing processes, and improving overall capabilities. Sheridan played a key role in integrating six company acquisitions and participated in due diligence during three company exits to new ownership, ensuring successful transitions that honor the legacy and values of acquired businesses.
